The deadline for hotel registration for APSE’s winter conference and judging at the Doubletree Suites Orlando-Disney Springs has been extended until Sunday, Feb. 2.
The conference will be held Sunday, Feb. 23 through Thursday, Feb. 27, 2025.
The room rate is $199 per night.

4 p.m.: Opening meeting for all judges

Monday, Feb. 24
8 a.m.: Judging begins.
5 p.m.: Meeting with FIFA public relations staff to discuss media schedule and logistics for the 2026 men’s World Cup.
Tuesday, Feb. 25
Judging continues.
Wednesday, Feb. 26
Judging continues.
Thursday, Feb. 27
11 a.m.: Closing meeting for all judges.
