The schedule for the conference is below. It will be updated as events arise.
Sunday, Feb. 20
10 a.m.: Officers meeting and lunch.
4 p.m.: General opening session meeting, Lake Buena Vista ballroom
6:30 p.m.: Cocktail party with food, Cypress Room by the pool.
Monday, Feb. 21
Judging begins.
Thai night! Meet in the lobby at 6:30 p.m. to go to Coco Thai.
Tuesday, Feb. 22
Judging continues.
6:30 p.m.: Evening cocktail party, Cypress Room by the pool.
Wednesday, Feb. 23
Judging continues.
Thursday, Feb. 24
Judging concludes.
11 a.m.: Closing meeting, Lake Buena Vista ballroom.
Please note that the APSE contest room is Suite 111.
We are also grateful to the remote judges across the country who have the contest well underway. Top 10s will begin to be posted on this website in the coming days.
