General Session: Leadership: It's your job — APSE doesn't give out Top 10 awards for leadership, but your chances of being a Top 10 section will improve with quality leadership that will motivate and inspire your staff. You can make your department a great place to work and have a section that produces quality journalism. Two foremost experts in leadership training will engage us about what makes great leaders and how that translates into great journalism. The panelists will be available after their general session for 30-minute, individual sessions with editors to discuss specific situations.
