Four professional development seminars are planned, and the day also includes a lunch sponsored by the Marist College Center for Sports Journalism that will pair student journalists with sports editors from around the region to network.

There is no charge to attend the meeting, and sports editors are encouraged to invite members of their staffs to attend.
