The second round of mandatory dates for newspaper sections for The Associated Press Sports Editors 2019 contest have been chosen:
Daily: Week of Nov. 4, 2019
Sunday: Sept. 29, 2019
That makes the mandatory 2019 section dates:
Daily: One paper chosen from the week of June 10-15 and Nov. 4-9 (only Monday through Saturday are eligible).
Sunday: Jan. 13 and Sept. 29 (Sundays only. No “weekend” sections or other days).
The deadline for section and writing entries is Jan. 10, 2010. Official contest rules can be found here.
