The 2025 Associated Press Sports Editors Workplace Report – formerly known as the TIDES report — is below and can be viewed by APSE members.
The report, published by Dr. Brandon Brown and the DeVos Sport Business Management program at the University of Central Florida, aims to examine the workplace of APSE.
Specifically, the report examines the racial and gender composition of APSE and the workplace categories within APSE. In doing so, such a report can not only provide an overall outlook on APSE, but can provide an outlook on the growing complexity of those who cover sports within (and sometimes outside of) the U.S.
