Utah Attorney General Mark Shurtleff met this week with officials at the Justice Department to further his argument that the BCS violates anti-trust law.
Shurtleff, who spoke on the subject with editors in Salt Lake City at APSE's annual conference this past June, is pushing for the feds to take the lead in a legal case against the BCS.
