Newsday is looking for a sports presentation artist with solid news and photo judgment and who knows how to package, layer and reorganize information visually and editorially. Responsibilities include sports, news and feature design. You must thrive under deadline pressure, creating bold and detailed pages that include alternative story-telling techniques. You must respect readers' time and intelligence.
 
The winning candidate will have:
* Three to five years experience at a news or design organization with an emphasis in sports.
* Excellent visual communication skills.
* Must be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
