The Daily Sentinel, a 30,000-circulation daily newspaper in Grand Junction, Colo., has an opening for a sports reporter.
The primary responsibility is covering our four local high schools, plus those in our surrounding circulation area. We’re looking for a reporter who goes beyond game coverage, one who will be out in front of news stories on the beat and will contribute regular enterprise reporting and web projects.
A college degree is required and minimum of 5 years’ experience covering sports is preferred.
