It’s time to register for the 2018 APSE Summer Conference in Nashville.

The conference begins Sunday, June 17, and concludes Wednesday, June 20, at the Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt University. Room rate will be $179, and the hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from downtown Nashville from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Other amenities include free Internet access in guest and meeting rooms and $10 off parking (self park overnight will be $22, valet overnight $25).

Registration costs:

  • $275 for newspapers with circulation of more than 100,000 and stand-alone websites with monthly uniques of two million or more. Late registration after June 1 — $300
  • $225 for newspapers with circulation of under 100,000 and stand-alone websites with monthly uniques of more than two million. Late registration after June 1 — $250
  • $75 for students. Late registration after June 1 — $100
  •  $125 for Writers Wing members or $75 for a day session. Late registration after June 1 — $150 or $100 per day. Fee for non-members is $175, $200 after June 1.
