Melissa Geisler was elected incoming vice chair for APSE's West Region at the annual regional meeting last week in Santa Monica, Calif.
Geisler is director of sports digital programming and production at Yahoo! Sports. She will replace Gene Warnick, sports editor for the Los Angeles News Group, when he succeeds Mark Faller as West Region chairman in June.
