  • James Barger became the managing editor of DK Pittsburgh Sports.  
  • Mike Brohard announced his departure as sports editor at the Loveland (Colorado) Reporter-Herald for a communications position at Colorado State.
  • Alec Brzezinski joined the Grand Haven (Michigan) Tribune as a sports writer.
  • Ric Bucher took a position at FS1 as an NBA analyst.
  • Joey Chandler accepted a college sports/higher education reporter position at the Wilmington (North Carolina) StarNews. She was previously a high school sports reporter at the Tuscaloosa (Alabama) News.
  • Terry Collins joined FOX Sports as a baseball studio analyst.
  • Dustin Dawson left his position as sports editor at the Vinton (Iowa) Newspapers to become video editor at WHO-TV.
  • Dale Earnhardt Jr. was added to the NBC broadcast team for the Indianapolis 500.
  • Eric Fisher joined SportBusiness as U.S. Editor.
  • Melissa Geisler became the national managing editor for The Athletic.
  • Alaina Getzenberg announced she joined The Dallas Morning News sports department.
  • Joe Hoffman was named sports editor at The Post & Mail in Columbia City, Indiana.
  • Eric Jackson took a position with the Atlanta Business Chronicle as a sports business reporter. He was previously with the Lake City Reporter.  
  • Adam Jahns joined The Athletic Chicago to cover the Bears.
  • Vivid Jacob accepted a position with Yahoo Canada.
  • Sarah Larimer moved to the sports night desk at The Washington Post.
  • Jason Leskiw announced his departure as a sports reporter for The Daily News in Longview, Washington.
  • Eric Narcisse joined the Lafayette (Louisiana) Advertiser as a high school sports reporter.
  • Matt Overing announced his departure as a sports writer from the Danville (Kentucky) Advocate-Messenger.
  • Carron J. Phillips took a position with The Shadow League as a senior columnist covering a variety of topics including sports.
  • Mark Richt joined the ACC Network as a studio analyst.
  • Joe Spears moved to cover sports at the Murfreesboro (Tennessee) Daily News Journal from the Jackson (Tennessee) Sun.
  • Meshach Sullivan left the Beaumont (Texas) Enterprise as a high school sports reporter to work for the Houston Astros communications department.
  • Justin Toscano took on covering the New York Mets beat for The Record in New Jersey. He was previously at The Manhattan (Kansas) Mercury.
  • Tess Quinlan received a promotion to Manager of NBC Sports Digital Content.
  • Darrell Waltrip announced his retirement as a NASCAR broadcaster for FOX.
  • Michael C. Wright revealed his nine-year tenure at ESPN, where he covers the NBA, will end this summer.
  • The Athletic Pittsburgh added Ed Bouchette, Sean Gentille and Stephen J. Nesbitt as reporters
  • The Athletic Soccer added Felipe Cardenas, Andy Edwards, Megan Linehan, Pablo Maurer, Matt Pentz, Jeff Rueter and Sam Stejskal.
