The Nashville Predators will host APSE summer conference’s opening-night reception.

The event will be held at the Lexus Lounge in Bridgestone Arena on June 17, from 6-8 p.m.

All registered conference members and their families are encouraged to attend. There will be light refreshments and drinks courtesy of USA TODAY Network-Tennessee. There will be hockey-related activities, locker room tours and more. Unfortunately, our original plan to walk on the ice and take shots on goal is no longer possible since the Predator were eliminated from the playoffs on Thursday.

Trolleys will transport us from the host hotel, the Marriott Nashville Vanderbilt, to Bridgestone Arena on Lower Broadway. The trolley will make three round trips to the arena. The first trolley will leave the hotel at 5:30 p.m. The final one is expected to leave at approximately 6:20 p.m.

Following the opening reception, you will be free to roam historic Lower Broadway. Have dinner at one of the many restaurants, listen to music at the honkytonks or take a walk along the Cumberland River.

You will be on your own to get transportation back to the hotel. There are many options for the 20-block trip. You can walk, cycle, Uber, etc.

We look forward to seeing you!
