Judging will take place at APSE’s Winter Meetings Feb. 7-11 at the Doubletree Suites at the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.
You must book your room by the hotel deadline of Jan. 6; see reservation link below. Rate for the Doubletree suites is $148 per night. You should plan to arrive in time for a 4 p.m. meeting Saturday, Feb. 7. Judging usually wraps up about 1 p.m. on Wednesday.
There will be complimentary self parking and complimentary internet in guest rooms.
