With judging taking place in early February this year as opposed to the typical late February dates, a quick reminder that judging and contest-entry deadlines are fast approaching.
The deadline to reserve a room at APSE rate for contest judging is Jan. 16. Judging for the contest will take place Saturday, Feb. 9-Wednesday, Feb. 13 at the Doubletree Suites by Hilton in the Walt Disney World Resort. All rooms are suites and are $135 a night. To make your reservation, go to this link. You should plan to arrive in time for a 4 p.m. meeting Feb. 9. Judging usually wraps up about 1 p.m. on Wednesday.
