Bylaw change proposed to keep Times-Picayune, other three-days-a-week newspapers eligible for APSE membership

APSE president Gerry Ahern plans to ask the organization’s Executive Committee to consider a change in the bylaws regarding membership for newspapers that publish fewer than five days a week. The change is meant to address the membership status of The Times-Picayune and other papers that plan to move to a three-days-a-week printing schedule
